The last newsletter I emailed was in 2012! I have been doing so much in real estate, but it is a learned discipline
to get written updates out to you. During the last two years, here are some of my projects:
- Primary speaker at about ten real estate meetings in Edmonton and Seattle
- acted as General Contractor on the major rehab of a rental property
- presented a distressed self-storage deal that was later refinanced for an increased value of $350 000
- made a few predictions to my audiences that have resulted in large investor profits

We have now launched our
PROPERTY WHOLESALING WEBSITE for Detroit and Phoenix!
This process has included months of local research on the ground in both cities. My process of selecting
investment properties for my subscriber list is unique.
To respect the fact that many of my newsetter subscribers may not have interest in particular cities,

I am very excited to introduce to you our new
PASSIVE INCOME FUND opportunity. I have been working
on an idea for a new investment fund over the last three years. It will only be available to select investors and will
be more than an investment opportunity, but a
RETIREMENT PLAN.
My goal with real estate investment has always been PASSIVE INCOME. Monthly income that will allow us all
to spend more time with our loved ones and following our passions. Many types of real estate investment promise
passive income, but are far from "passive". Other investments give monthly interest payments, but not enough to
allow an investor to quit their job. Our Passive Income Fund is the type of opportunity that people will be talking

BASICS OF PASSIVE INCOME FUND
- investment principle will be put into cash-flowing assets that create a minimum of 10-12% cap rate
- acquisitions will be determined and carefully analyzed by myself before purchase
- will include low-risk assets with established annual income and strong long-term fundamentals
- asset types will include self-storage facilities, RV parks, mobile home parks, retirement ..............
